New university residences

Renovation and energy efficiency upgrade of the former social center to be converted into a university residence located on Viale Giulio Cesare in Novara (NO). The project involves the renovation and energy improvement of a building constructed in the 1960s, originally used as a social center, with the aim of converting it into a university residence with a total of 170 beds. The planned works include structural strengthening interventions, the complete replacement of technological systems, and the renewal of architectural finishes, in order to bring the building into compliance with current regulations on safety, energy efficiency, and living comfort.
