Accademia del Gusto Villa Siotto

Adaptation adaptive reuse and enhancement of the historical-architectural complex of Villa Siotto, in the municipality of Sarroch, aimed at transforming the building into a venue Accademia del Gusto. The project aims to restore new centrality to the complex, converting it into a teaching and exhibition center dedicated to the themes of excellence in gastronomic transformation and the communication of knowledge, techniques and cultures related to food.
