OUR VISION
NEXT-A is a professional firm that has been active for over 60 years, offering a full range of professional services, from design to the supervision, monitoring and control of complex building projects, with particular experience in the redevelopment and conversion of urban areas, including tourism-oriented ones. Based in Rome, it operates throughout the country and abroad, in both the public and private sectors. Winner of national and international competitions, awards and recognitions, the Studio has designed and delivered significant works, in particular buildings for the tertiary sector, industrial, cultural and social buildings, and urban-scale conversion and redevelopment projects. Innovation and attention to detail are at the heart of every project, thanks to an integrated approach that values teamwork and pursues excellence in architecture, engineering and design.

Certifications
NEXT-A has held, since 2001, a Company Quality Certificate updated in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. It has obtained the Certificate for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and has also acquired the UNI/PdR 74:2019 BIM Management System Certification (SGBIM) thus achieving an Integrated Management System that ensures the efficiency of the planning, design, production, operation and eventual decommissioning of the work, for both traditional and BIM projects. It has obtained the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 Certification for Environmental Management Systems and the CEI EN ISO/IEC 27001:2024 for Information Security. NEXT-A also holds the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for the Gender Equality Management System. It is a member of OICE – the Association of Engineering, Architecture and Technical-Economic Consulting Organisations.
