THE PROJECT
The redevelopment one of’Former social center, intended for university residence and located in viale Giulio Cesare in Novara, consists in Renovation and the energy improvement of a building built in the 1960s, with the aim of converting it to residence and allocate within the building the number of accommodation units requested, for a total of 170 beds. The planned works included structural consolidation interventions, the complete renovation of the technological systems and the renewal of the architectural finishes, in order to adapt the building to the current regulations in the field of energy efficiency. safety, andEnergy efficiency e living comfort, transforming the building into a building that minimizes emissions.
