New construction A centralized kitchen for A.M.E.S. S.p.A., designed to produce semi-finished products and meals for all the nurseries managed by the company. The new building, with a production capacity of approximately 4,500 meals, is designed as a modern and functional structure, organized to optimize the processes of preparation, management, and distribution of the school catering service.
