New offices of the Control Tower

The project concerns the renovation redevelopment of some premises located on the ground floor of the building Lotto Nord located in viale Asia, in Rome, owned by Poste Italiane S.p.A.

The building is included in the G1 plan of the PRG called “Carta per la Qualità” as a building with a special building typology with a complex serial system – Public Administration Building.

The new functional layout includes new construction a control room with 10 workstations positioned in opposition to a two-sided vertical structure that supports the LED walls. There will also be a dedicated area to accommodate an open-plan office, a single office, and a meeting room.
