Municipal Offices

The municipal administration of Cerveteri has promoted a renovation and restoration project for the ancient building known as “ex Granarone”, a property of historical and architectural value, with the aim of returning it to the public as a new headquarters for municipal offices and a multipurpose space for cultural activities.

The project included works of redevelopment functional adaptation of the spaces, in compliance with the historical characteristics of the building. Particular attention was paid to improving accessibility through interventions to remove architectural barriers and adapt the internal paths, so as to make the complex more usable, inclusive, and consistent with the new public functions.
