Jubilee of Young People

NEXT-A On behalf of the Society Giubileo 2025, she was responsible for the management of the execution and the Health and safety coordination ongoing staging of the Youth Jubilee, which saw the participation of over 1.2 million faithful.

The assembly yard, on an area of 96 hectares, was started on May 19, 2025 and completed in time for the August 2 event (in just two and a half months).

The jubilee event was awarded Best Event Awards 2025, The World Oscar in the field of events, motivated for “the best management of complexity worldwide”, chosen from 470 nominations from 40 countries as the best event in the world for the management of organizational complexity and as the best celebration/reunion in 2025.

The service provided required advanced project management skills, multidisciplinary integration, and strong coordination between public and private actors. A success made possible thanks to an impressive coordination effort between all institutional actors (Società Giubileo 2025, the Extraordinary Commissioner of Government for the 2025 Jubilee, the Holy See and Civil Protection) and the technical personnel involved (more than 100 companies, over 4,000 operators, 3,000 Civil Protection volunteers, 500 from the Holy See and 1,000 agents deployed on the ground). A virtuous example of public-private integration, which made it possible to hold 36 uninterrupted hours of the event.

The enormous 1,400 square meter altar stage, 30 meters high, suspended 5 meters from the ground and protected by 88 tons of cover, has become the memorable symbol of the event with a standing audience of 7,629 seats and 508 seats dedicated to inclusivity for people with disabilities and their companions. A magnificent technological setup never before seen in the world, with 179 audio-video towers, 2,400 square meters of video area, 2,000 sound boxes, 20 km of fiber optic cable, 15 km of electrical cables, an Advanced Operations Center (COA) of 400 square meters, has allowed those present to fully experience all the moments, thanks to the possibility of always being connected to the simultaneous translation apps.
