New television studies by Rai Saxa Rubra

The intervention involves the demolition new construction of two buildings intended for television studios at the Rai Saxa Rubra Production Centre, located north of Rome, within the Greater Annular Concourse.

The two new buildings (Intervento 2 and Intervento 3), with associated technological spaces (control rooms, changing rooms, technical areas, etc.), are integrated into the context, aligning themselves with the existing buildings.

The architectural and formal solutions allow the different functions to be recognized from the outside.

The configuration of the interior spaces follows criteria of transformability, maximizing the flexibility of the environments and simplifying maintenance activities.
