THE PROJECT
The project involves the new construction construction of a new health building within the wooded area of the San Polo Hospital Presidio in Monfalcone. The project includes a Community House and an Operations Center, forming an integrated hub of health and socio-health services that brings together various care and organizational functions in a single structure. The Community House represents a nearby, easily identifiable and accessible facility through which citizens can connect with the network of health and socio-health services.
