Complete renovation and adaptive reuse restoration of an existing structure located in Procida, in a panoramic position close to the port and perched along the slope of the hill with a complex developed on several levels of terraced structures.

The building, which remained unused and unfinished for a long time, is completely restored through an architectural and functional renovation aimed at new construction creating a small luxury hotel. The project enhances the complex’s distinctive stepped configuration and its relationship with the surrounding landscape, with the aim of restoring continuity and quality to a structure that has a strong presence in the urban and natural context of the island.
