Reconversion intervention of the area of the Montalto di Castro nuclear power plant, which never went into operation and is now partially occupied by facilities for the production of energy using gas.
The project involves transforming the site into a new multifunctional waterfront with a marina, residential areas, commercial spaces, and facilities dedicated to leisure and free time, through a comprehensive regeneration and redevelopment landscaping process of the entire coastal area.
