THE PROJECT
The reconversion of the industrial area of Corso Marche through a comprehensive urban regeneration intervention that includes the demolition of the existing industrial volumes and the transformation of the site into a new mixed-use neighborhood. The project covers a total area of approximately 20 hectares and includes residential, commercial, tertiary, cultural and recreational functions, integrated with new public spaces, green areas and infrastructure dedicated to mobility and collective use.
